The location.
I work from a peaceful and quiet location in the centre of Amsterdam, in the Nicolaas Witsenstraat.
Taking the North/South metro line, you can reach the Vijzelgracht stop from Amsterdam Central or South Station in just a few minutes. From there, it is a five-minute walk.
Some of the sessions can also be held online, if that’s more convenient for you.

What does a discovery call cost?
Nothing. The 30-minute discovery call is free and non-binding. You're not obligated to anything.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you've recently been promoted to a leadership role (0-4 years experience) and are struggling with difficult conversations, delegation, or confidence, coaching is likely useful. In the discovery call, we'll discuss if it fits your situation.
What's the difference between coaching and training?
Coaching is 1-on-1 and focused on individual development (10 sessions, 5 months). Training is for teams within an organization and focused on group learning (multi-day programs). Both are aimed at new managers.
How long does a program take?
Coaching: 10 sessions of 1 hour each, spread over 5 months.
Training: Multi-day programs (usually 3-6 days) spread over 3-6 months.
