About Me

What Drives Me?
Becoming a leadership coach was never something I’d expect to do earlier in my career. Starting out in corporate law, managing teams earlier than I probably should have, became a crash course in leadership. It taught me something I’ve never forgotten: real leadership isn’t about targets or titles, it’s about how people feel under your guidance.
Over the years, I’ve held several leadership positions, from leading a team of 2, to a business unit of 75, giving me the experience to view leadership challenges from all angles. Firsthand, I saw how overwhelming it can be to step into management without real support. That experience is what pushed me toward leadership development: helping others avoid the mistakes I had to learn the hard way.
My approach blends an analytical mindset with a deep interest in psychology, philosophy, neuroscience and mindfulness. Using a wide range of relevant experience and knowledge, my goal is to help you grow as a person, and as a leader. That empowers you to not only tackle the problem at hand, but to navigate your way through any future challenges with ease.
Outside of work, humor and having fun matter just as much as the serious side of leadership. Doing this work and seeing not only my clients grow, but through them, making a positive impact on the people around them is what makes me fulfilled. Sounds cheesy, but it’s very true.
Amsterdam has been home for the past 20 years. Between the beautiful canals, guerilla-style rainshowers, and the maniacal cyclists, it never gets boring. My guiding values are connection, humor, quality, and clear communication.
